Returns and Refund Policy

One of our key values here at Elite Exclusives is the ‘no questions asked’ returns policy.

We know buying products online can be problematic, however, we reassure our customers with the peace of mind, that if the product is not to your taste, we will refund you the full amount.

Cancelling your order

At Elite Exclusives, we understand that buying large products for the home or office online can be troublesome. However, we offer a “no questions asked” cancellation policy before and after the delivery.

Within 7 days of receiving the product, you can arrange to cancel your order. This can be completed over the phone with one of our telephone representatives, or via email.

To be able to process this, we will require your full name, delivery address, mobile telephone number, the product, the order number, and the reason for the return (if faulty).

If the product is damaged, an exchange can also be arranged. Alternatively, if you feel the product is not suitable, please contact our sales representatives who will be able to guide you through our memorabilia products to find a suitable replacement.
